Z10 best keyboard in the qwerty tactile business. Good battery life. Most of those keyboard shortcuts ( some are missing ) will let you pick up where you left off from the 9900 and allow you to compose, reply all with ease. No more T shortcut, or Alt U to skip to the next unread message. Perhaps it's being fixed. BlackBerry Z10@black.pk
