Smart Communication is offering the Apple iPhone 4 free at All-Plan 800 under a one week promo. The promo runs from July 19 to July 26, 2013.
I am not sure if the plan comes with a 24 or 30 month lock-in, but I am guessing it is 30 months.
The Apple iPhone is getting a bit long in the tooth, but it is still a very decent choice at All-In Plan 800.
